We’re excited to announce recent and upcoming updates to Customer Connect, our online account management system and payment portal for customers.

Recent changes

Here’s what you can now do that wasn’t possible before in Customer Connect!

  • Download Paid-in-Full and Year End Balance letters
  • View updated payment status in real time
  • Increase monthly invoice dates

Coming soon

  • ACH payments will debit on the actual due date, and NOT up to 3 days prior
  • Email address on file will become the username
  • Mobile phone two-step authentication in addition to or in lieu of secret questions
  • User access to change or add the email address of someone else in the company
  • Helpful notifications when adding an additional contract to your account, including alerts to increase threshold if necessary, etc.
