This is the first time in a long time that I have seen someone go above and beyond to help me! Heros come in all forms and this time it came in the form of a customer service representative named Lisa Avellino! When there are difficult task that require someone to put in some extra effort to make sure you are taken care of, it shows that they really care about what they do! I really can't express the patients and professionalism that Lisa showed during the entire phone call!
