Delivery and Acceptance

Some vendors require partial or full payment prior to the delivery of the equipment, which PEAC Solutions may accommodate at PEAC Solutions’ discretion. If the vendor is approved for pre-delivery funding, after a customer is approved for financing with PEAC Solutions, we will release the funds as soon as possible to the equipment vendor. The vendor and the customer may be required to sign a delivery guarantee. This guarantees that delivery must be completed within 30 days of funding.

Delivery and Acceptance is a signed, dated confirmation, which verifies that an officer of your company has received and accepted the equipment on behalf of your company, as agreed from the dealer. Once you receive the equipment, please execute the Delivery and Acceptance Receipt. If we don’t receive confirmation of Delivery and Acceptance signed and dated within 90 days of funding your deal, and your equipment has not been delivered, the dealer will be penalized.
