Why does my account lock each month?

Your account can become locked for different reasons:

  • You entered your password (3 times) incorrectly, not consecutively
  • Forget your password or User ID
  • Forget your Security Question Answers
  • You haven’t logged in for over 60-90 days
  • You use a different device (Eg. laptop, phone, desktop)
