If there’s any company that is the absolute scum of the earth, it will be PEAC solution.
Their have the most unprofessional, verbally abusive, and rudest employees. Their employees have perfected the art of lying and dishonesty. Here is a small example.
PEAC solutions insured our phones from spectrumviop. Every month they charged us a service fee outside of what we agreed in our contract. If you even question them, they will insult you and call on their big daddy, spectrumvoip, to suspend your service. Then they will escalate their attack by increasing what they say you owe. Small businesses have no choice but to pay especially if want your phones and faxes functionality restored. Your contract with PEAC solution never really ends. They will keep charging you beyond your contract. They would say you did not call them or notify them ahead of time that you intend to end your contract.
The people that work here get a paycheck regardless of their rudeness, and lack of professionalism. They have no honor and no character. They do not deserve any star. The company really needs a complete overhaul – fire everyone and start with trained employees. If not, then shut it down.
