I had a very disappointing experience with Celeste, the customer service manager at PEAC Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
During our conversation, she was rude and dismissive on the phone, which made it extremely difficult to get my issue resolved. Despite my efforts to explain the problem clearly, it was neglected and left unresolved.
Customer service should be about helping clients and communicating respectfully, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their customer service management.
