Unfortunately, my experience with PEAC Solutions has been extremely disappointing. The customer service was notably poor, and I encountered rude staff who initially refused to escalate my concerns to a manager. Even after insisting, I still have no clarity on whether a manager will ever call me back.
On top of that, their services are incredibly expensive. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend PEAC Solutions to others
