My account was CLOSED and fully paid off in October of 2025. Even with it being closed and canceling my auto pay, they STILL took a payment in November. Even with it being fully closed! I have been waiting over 2 MONTHS for my refund!!! I call multiple times per week, email weekly, have talked to countless “managers” and they all tell me different lies. Some say the check is in the mail, some have said they will electronically refund it to my account, and some only say is “it’s in process.” All of it is clearly lies, as I have not received my money back yet!!!! It doesn’t take 2 months to process a refund! All I want is my money back!! HORRIBLE company!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before using them!! Save yourself the time and hassle and look elsewhere. I cannot believe a “company” like this is allowed to continue to do business in the US. They are robbing their customers and are not trustworthy.
